Calcined Aluminum Oxide Flap Discs

Aluminum oxide is the most widely used abrasives material. The Aluminum oxide main characteristics as below.

*  High compression strength and high hardness

*  Resistant to chemical attack by a wide range of chemicals even at elevated temperatures

*  High degree of refractoriness

*  High electrical resistivity even at elevated temperatures

If we heated aluminium oxide to a temperature in excess of 1100ºC,  then we call the final product as calcined aluminum oxide. We using calcined aluminum oxide sanding paper to produce flap discs and  have many advantages compare traditional aluminum flap discs , the main advantages as below:

*  Much sharp grinding ability especially for stainless steel 

*  Higher thermal conductivity avoid work piece over heat

*  Much longer lifespan 

*  Less operation pressure need especially when heavy grinding works
