BLUESHARK Abrasives Flap Discs are designed with abrasive cloth strips glued on to a rigid fiberglass backing in a fan arrangement. It is set grind and finish in one step, resulting in fewer time waste and efficiency increased. Normally we manufacturer below kinds flap discs:

It's out diameter is 165mm with different backing  to suitable for special work-pieces surface grinding request.   We also using more glue for meet the machine high rotation speed.
