The 180mm / 7" inch resin bonded grinding discs really popular in South ASIA and Middle East market.  For this style grinding discs, there are 2 reinforce net in the grinding disc body and half reinforce net on the grinding surface.  The half net on the grinding surface can make the discs be very sharp grinding performance even at beginning as the abrasives grain can directly attach work pieces surface. Also the half net can bring the max safety for the grinding discs even heavy grinding task. 

Normally the grinding discs in ASIA market only with 2 reinforce net and you can not see the reinforce net on the grinding surface,  such grinding discs structure can make the disc be very fast grinding speed at beginning and the weakness is the discs body strength as there are no reinforce net on the grinding surface. For the grinding discs export to EURO market , normally there are whole reinforce net with black paper on the grinding surface except 2 net in the discs body, this structure can make the discs with high strength but the fast grinding speed will coming down especially at beginning as the reinforce net and black paper will insulate the abrasives grain with the work piece surface.

For the 2.5 reinforce net grinding discs,  now 7“ and 9" inch become more and more popular even in EURO and America market.  We have done many testing and the discs can 100% meet the MPA EN12413 standard but more fast grinding speed than before.
